Biography

Dr. Shikha Yadav is working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Mathematics (SOM), Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology (TIET), Patiala, Punjab, India. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (B.Sc.) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR), University of Delhi, and her Master’s degree in Mathematics (M.Sc.) from Miranda House, University of Delhi. She received her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Patna. She has been actively involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate mathematics courses. Her research interests include Coding Theory, Cryptography, Algebra, specifically linear codes, LCD codes, and self-dual codes over finite fields and finite rings.
